LiftBionics digital products purchased through the Marketplace are eligible for refund requests within 72 hours of purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp with proof of purchase included.
Refunds will not be granted once substantial program usage, onboarding, or implementation has occurred.
All coaching services require a minimum 3-month commitment period.
Due to the time, planning, and onboarding involved, coaching payments are generally non-refundable.
Cancellation requests during the minimum commitment period will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
Results are not guaranteed and depend heavily on the client’s consistency, adherence, lifestyle factors, nutrition, recovery, and overall participation in the coaching process.
Refunds will not be granted solely based on lack of physical results.
Program access and onboarding are typically delivered within 24–48 hours after successful payment confirmation.
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
